Regarding to the start up of the “Cosntelação Madrinha do Brasil”, I would say that, as soon as the  musical notes of the songs to be  offered and sent to the Great God Universe throught her Music-Thematics Contraptions starts to resound across the most far-off and wonderfull far corners of the Cosmos, he will reply us allowing that firstly the above mentioned Identifyed Flying Object, that I known by me, myself and I since a milenar past, can be seen and witnessed waltzing along the shoreline of the city of Rio de janeiro as if it were a Comet, always early to the sunset.

Reminding that its night witnessing will be a previlege  of people who  be next door to the Bay of Ilha Grande in Angra dos Reis (RJ) Brasil,  because this Object will be seen striking across that Bay as it it were an explendorous bluish star of light, desappearing on heading southeast as done in the past.
